Tier-Entgiftungsbüchse

The purpose of this item is to act as a container and dispenser for a powder form of decontaminant such as Losantin.

The "41" model is marked "Tier-Entgiftungsbüchse 41", and the "42" model, "Tier-Ent-giftungsbüchse 42".

This "41" model shaker is a sheet metal can containing about 9 ounces of decontami-nant. The top of the container is closed by a removable perforated plate covered by a tight slip-on lid. The powder may be dusted on dry or converted to a paste with water and applied with a piece of wood or by the hand, protected by an anti-gas glove. This shaker is very similar to the "42" model, differing only in the type of lid; both hold about the same volume.
