Each of three cases contains smaller ones besides sliding drawers in which the glass apparatus and chemicals are packed. Each drawer is marked, e.g. I 1, II 4, etc. The cases are closed by removable doors which serve as connecting table tops and one shelf when the labo-ratory is set up. As such, the laboratory consists of one long table top male up of the three cases in alternate positions with two of the case fronts as connecting sections, the third case front fitting between the first and second cases as a shelf. The left half of the top of case I can be raised open to uncover a small sink, the top being held in a po-sition slightly past the vertical position so that it can support a drying rack.

The laboratory contains an elaborate airflow device for detecting agents on suspec-ted contaminated materials. It consists of the flask in which the material is heated, the indicating bubbler tubes through which the vapors are drawn, a canister and a hand suc-tion pump. Other than this apparatus, the remaining equipment of the laboratory is stan-dard.
