The purpose of this apron is to serve as part an anti-gas suit for decontamination work.

There are no markings of any identification value.

This apron is part of a heavy rubber protective suit, the cut-away side belong the rear where protection is given by the rubber overalls. The overall length of the apron is 4 feet.

The apron consists of rubberized fabric, slate gray in color, with heavy black cuffs and a thick neck band. The fitting band at the end of the cuffs enables the rubber glo-ves to be put on, making a vapor tight seal with the cuffs. The buttons on the back flaps and straps are of the black plastic knob type.
