This form is used to keep gas mask facepiece proporly shaped when in storage |

No markings of any significance for identifying the form are present. Various manufac-turers' markings may be found embossed on the inside of the chin-form portion of the frame. |
| DESCRIPTION: |
|
The form consists of two aluminum alloy plates connected by two semi-rigid wires coiled in one inch rings where they are bent to provide a spring action. The form is ap-proximately triangular in shape to fit the inside of the gas mask face-piece. It is approxi-mately 8.5 inches high, 5.5 inches wide at the top, and 4.2 inches wide at the base. |
