The gummed paper label on the body of the signal denotes the name as: "Notsignal-fackel rot-weiss-rot". |
DESCRIPTION: |
This signal is 12.4 inches long and 1.4 inches in diameter; the upper 5 inches is pain-ted red, the middle 3.2 inches, white and the remaining lower area red. The bottom is fitted with two wires folding handles and the top with a removable metal cap which pro-tects the pull igniter. The latter is sealed on with a strip of adhesive tape. When the ig-niter is pulled, the signal burns for one minute with a red smoke, for one minute with a white smoke, and for another one minute with a red smoke. |
