Reizkörper

This item serve to give training in defense against lacrimator

The cardboard box container is sealed with gummed paper tape marked in red: "Reiz-körper". The gummed label on the container is marked: "10 Reizkörper (Bromessigester)".

This item is a thin glass tube partially filled with a clear or yellow colored liquid; they are packed 10 to a container. The tube measures 3.5 inches long and 0.8 inches in dia-meter; one end is pointed and has a constriction in it while the other end has a 3 inch time fuze sealed in it. The time fuze has an ignition tip and the other end terminates in a small black powder charge sealed inside the tube.
