| PURPOSE: |

This canister serves as a gas and dust filter in the "0.6-1" collective protector system which can be used in armored vehicles or shelters. |

The canister is marked: "R 1,2" where the drawing shows "R 0,6-1". |
| DESCRIPTION: |
|
The canister is identical to the "R 0,6-1" model described in item IV–B–14 except that it is larger, having a capacity of 1.2 cubic feet of air per minute and the cover is sealed with 6 fasteners instead of 4. The height is 17 inches and the diameter, 16.6 inches. |
