| PURPOSE: |

This pump serves to draw the air through the Auer collective protective installation "MR 2.4". |
| MARKINGS: |

The nameplate on the pump is marked: "Luftmenge m³/min. 2,4" and "Luftschutzraum-belüfter Typ MR 2,4". |
| DESCRIPTION: |
|
This is a manually operated double action bellows pump with a capacity of 2.4 cubic meters of air per minute. The pump rests on the floor, is 25 inches high and is 35 inches in diameter; the canisters are fitted on top of the pump. The operating handle which is at the side of the pump is 50 inches high and ??? a 24 inch crosspiece welded at the top; it operates a flexible diaphragm which forces the air through the system. The pump should be operated at 35 strockes per minuter to deliver its capacity. |
