| PURPOSE: |

The purpose of this kit is to supply the two readily expended item of the HA oxygen breathing set, the oxygen cylinder and the alkali cartridge. |

| DESCRIPTION: |
|
The wooden case container, fitted with a carrying strap on the side, measures 10 x 5.4 x 14.3 inches. The case is divided into two compartments one of which contains the HA alkali cartridge, 7 x 14 x 24 cm; the other, the 1.0 liter oxygen cylinder with valve at-tached. The top of the case is attached by two hinges and is fastened shut by a metal clamp. An emergency fabrication of this item may be found made of unpainted wood, without markings, but with the same contents. |
