Gelbkreuz-Kampfstoff

This item is a container of a good grade of mustard and is used for detection and de-contamination training.

The cardboard container is marked as follows: "Giessfläschchen, enthält Gelbkreuz-Kampfstoff".

The outer cardboard container is 1.2 inches in diameter and 4.3 inches high. The glass cylinder that fits into it tightly is 1 inch in diameter and 2 inches high. Two tubes are sealed into the top of the cylinder, one reaching inside to the bottom of the cylinder, and both projecting two inches. One of the tubes is covered with heavy orange colored paper and the other with white paper; both coverings have a black band about 1 inch from the glass cylinder. The tips of both tubes are broken off at the black marks without removing the paper coverings and the mustard can then be poured out.
