This item is to be used by civilians as a dispenser for losantin for the decontamination of chemical warfare agents.

The name, "Entseuma-Perchlor-Hypochlorit-Bombe", and directions for use are printed on the side of the container. Manufacturers' markings are embosed on the bottom of the container.

The dispenser consists of a brown colored, cone-shaped plastic container. It measu-res 5.5 inches in diameter at the base and tapers to a diameter of 1.2 inches at the top, and is 6 inches high. It is fitted with a screw-type cap. A slot is cut into the side of the container just below the screw cap and receives a flat piece of plastic material which can be slid in or out to adjust the size of the opening. The sliding plate can be attached to the screw cap to secure both the cap and slide in position. The top of the container may be sealed with a thin, yellow, brittle plastic coating. The contents of the dispenser consists of a grayish white powder smelling strongly of chlorine.
